The stay was good enough. I was always preferring your hotels in Borovoe. The only issue I had is payment, unfortunately I was informed that I shall pay either by epay link or Kaspi link but the hotel can not use my card credentials I used in All.com which is strange. The hotel representatives promised that they will listen to my phone call when it was said to me but did not reach me after. Additionally, now hotel requires 50 thousand tenge deposit, but forget to notify in advance neither during phone call or WhatsApp chats.
