Our stay was amazing, staff are friendly, kids enjoyed the water park, but the beach need to add more facilities.
The hotel location and facilities were excellent. Breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing and variety of food was awesome.
I love the way that the villa has a downstairs bedrooms not an upstairs bedroom and i also loved the jacuzzi as well the amazing view To the beach and I loved the meryal water park .
We were thoroughly impressed by the wonderful facilities. The grounds, amenities, and overall atmosphere were beautiful, making for a very enjoyable holiday overall. However, for a hotel of this calibre, we found that the service unfortunately didn’t meet the expected standard. The main area of concern was in the dining experience—particularly at breakfast and lunch. Unlike other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed at, there was no host to seat guests for breakfast, which led to confusion with seating and finding a clean table. Upon arrival, there was no offer of tea or coffee, and the staff did not approach to take drink orders. Guests were expected to go up to the bar themselves for coffees and drinks, which led to a chaotic environment and a visibly stressed barista. Even though it’s a buffet, most luxury hotels manage this in a much more seamless and calm way by having attentive staff managing seating and drink service. Additionally, before our stay I had emailed the hotel to request a small celebratory touch for our 6-year-old daughter’s birthday. I didn’t receive a response, and although the staff acknowledged it at check-in, unfortunately nothing eventuated, which was disappointing given the special occasion. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, largely thanks to the excellent facilities, but I feel that attention to service, particularly in the dining areas and in following through with guest requests, needs to be addressed to meet the true standard of a 5-star experience. With some improvements to customer service, this hotel has the potential to be exceptional.
