Well located
Unfortunately my experience wasn't as expected at all starting from the reception staff who weren't able to provide 2 connected rooms out of the 3 connected rooms 1.mr Karem told me he will provide me 2 extra beds for the 2 rooms with large beds cause my reservation was 3 double rooms And I waited from 5 pm till 1 am calling them many times and the answer was sorry there are no available extra beds at the hotel. 2.the ac voice of the Panoramic room was very high when I called the maintenance they told me it's a problem with construction design of the hotel and can't be solved 3.the buffet variety was good but the taste wasn't. 4.thanks to Mr karem the night duty manager who tried to handle me after that experience.

I really enjoyed the stay I appreciate Mr mahmed framoy the duty manger he was very kind full and will revisit the place specially because of ham since I felt very comfortable during my stay i wish ham good luck I thank ham very much through this survey Best regards
