As a family of 4, 2 parents and kids 12 and 14 it was just the most perfect place to go for some late October sun. The hotel and grounds were stunning, the staff really were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The pools were lovely, great that one was heated slightly, plenty of sunbeds, never in a rush to find one, whether you wanted to be in the sun or the shade. The beach was great, loved the fact their were a couple of piers to explore and jump in off as well as fishing in the morning. The gym facilities were really high quality too and had everything we needed, never too busy either. We were in the 'legendary suite' and the barman at the 'Troy Bar' there was fantastic, we ended every day there on our way back to the room and he would have our drinks ready as we arrived....please pass on our thanks to him. Having the ability to go to Land of Legends included was also a huge bonus, the shuttle was laid on with no hassle at all, and we did everything we wanted to do there in a day. We even played our first game of 'padel' which was great fun. Genuinely can't fault it............other than a slight gripe about the al la carte restaurant booking system which is definitely flawed. It crashed most days, or when you try to get on bang on 10:00am as time slots become available for the day, they are almost instantly gone with only very late times available (sometime 10:30pm was our only option). I can only guess that they were running on reduced staff, but regardless, it feels there could be a much smoother and simpler way of doing this when you actually check-in, so book in advance at the start of your stay, then cancel if you need to. This does need looking at as it did become a frustrating start to most days, which resulted in us needing to constantly message our WhatsApp assistant to try and do us a favour. Generally we were able to just about work around it, but it was just a pain that feels could be fairly easily resolved. Other than that, it was absolutely amazing and i'm fairly sure we will be coming back!

The food options at the resort are excellent, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The staff throughout the property are courteous, attentive, and always eager to help, which made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. I would, however, love to see a few more vegetarian choices in the à la carte restaurants. Adding another popular cuisine, such as Thai or Indian, would be a wonderful enhancement.

We had a really enjoyable time, however not being able to get all 6 of us in the same restaurant, via the App, meant we couldn’t plan our day until the Guest Relations team stepped in after 5pm. Great gym and pools, and the restaurants, when we got in them, were good.

We had a great stay. Brilliant facilities, fantastic food. Waitresses at the Greek were amazing and lovely with the children.
