Rixos Premium Bodrum

All inclusive with a fabulous view. Great upgrade to premium room. All of the staff very attentive. The barcode order on the beach did not work. The room air con was noisy.

I was recently part of a group of work colleagues incentive trip at this resort. Everything is impeccable,the service,the food,the cleanliness,the accomodation,the facilities,staff helpfulness...if I had to look for something to improve on,I found the available watersports,spa etc very expensive,but then that's most likely our currency is not strong.Thank you for an amazing experience all round.

Coming from Cape Town and being used to 5 star establishments, yours is no different and we loved the setting. The food was outstanding, excellent variety and well presented. Where you have to improve I believe is to offer more flexible use of the facilities such as unlimited use of the SUP’s, add a Padel court or two given this sport is in demand world wide. Given there was little use of the tennis courts you could easily turn one into 2 Padel courts. Train your barmen to make decent cocktails, most cannot make a decent espresso martini, or Margareta. The main bar in the hotel is excellent, those two Barmen are excellent. It’s the others around the resort, upskill the staff making drinks. Also, for the younger guests, have a slightly more vibey area at night where they can enjoy themselves. The evening music is lovely especially for older guests but the night experience for younger guests can be a bit boring to be honest, you need to create a better balance. Lastly your coffee quality is not the best, it’s hit and miss. I needed up just have espresso given no trained barristers making cortados, flat whites, lattes…..

Great holiday, food was good sports activities excellent. Room was poor for a 5star hotel
