An amazing hotel with amazing staff. Experienced a small issue at the start of the holiday and I mean small but felt like it needed mentioning and the response was, again, amazing! Too many lovely staff to mention by name but those that really stood out were, Hady one of the managers who went above and beyond to ensure that our holiday was perfect, Hammam who was always on call with drinks and a smile and always had time for a chat and Tariq the buggy driver, so friendly and thoughtful. For anyone looking for a 1st class hotel, with 1st class staff, 1st class restaurants, the list is endless, this is the hotel for you. I will definitely be returning.
The staff was awesome, always smiling, always welcoming, ready to help. The Cart/Bus system is amazing i side the compound. The heated ooen swimming pool is a wonderful idea and great fun. I can't say anything about the food but AWESOME, you can't eat everything cuz everything is delicious. A few things that needs tweaking: 1. You need to put more QR codes available inside the facility like on the dining tables or the bus stations not only on the TV in your room. 2. Electricity sockets needs to be more of international/ Universal rather just the local ones. 3. There was no Iron or board in the room, I had to ask for one.discovered this the next morning when I needed to iron my clothes. 4. A few things that I have noticed not up to the promised Quality were: a.the coffee table i side my room was broken on its edge and was sharp and dangerous for little kids. b. the reading light on top of the bed was broken on my wife's side, mine was working perfectly. c.the drainage system in some of the washing basin was slow/blocked. Other than that, everything else is amazing and I would come back again for sure.
Perfect Location. Cleanliness very high quality. Kindness and assistance of the whole staff is hardly to outperform. Check-in very easy and quick. Food was good depending on the restaurant concerned. Very large choice of food on the breakfast buffet. Well-experienced management ready to assist at any time.
I paid with local currency then they credited me the same amount and charge me with US dollars. Which it’s upset me so much specially I’m Egyptian resident. I tried to solve this problem but NO ANSWER.
