Nice resort, where all can enjoy Spacious room with sea and water park view. Unfortunately our room is connected to next and noise can be heard all times. All staff are helpful and supportive. Breakfast was good, but dinner was under expectations.

Good hotel. Lots of areas for improvement though. Food options at buffet very repetitive. Some foods labelled, others not. No fresh milk (all cheap long life milk) and no proper butter. Just a jar of margarine labelled as butter that you had to use at the food station with a communal knife before returning to your seat. Felt unhygienic and cheap. Staff also very hit and miss. Some extremely helpful, others not interested. No real system as to offering water or not each time. Very slow at clearing tables so often wandering around trying to find a clean one if busy. Didn’t appear many servers but lots of management in suits standing around dining room chatting. Menu at other eating option ridiculously limited unless you want to pay even more. Construction work ongoing outside which was noisy at the pool and a bit unsightly. Not expected at a new hotel that has been opened for some time. Felt and looked a bit like it had opened before being properly finished. Especially with landscaping etc. Rooms were lovely although mini bar was empty until day 2. Water park was excellent and really easy/handy for hotel guests. Hotel location is slightly out of the way but Ubers are easy to get and quite cheap to use. Shuttle bus to mall was useful but very restrictive. Instructions posted in the lobby advise to book on the way there but stated that return journeys were on a first come first serve basis. We used this and the driver told us that booking for the return journey was also necessary and we had to stand outside the bus until the pick up time to see if people turned up or not before being allowed on. Pointed out to driver and reception staff that this was not what the poster advertised but the same incorrect poster was still on display days later. This is our third stay at a Rixos property in the Middle East and would say this was the lowest standard. I don’t believe the ‘Premium’ label is merited. Still a good hotel with real potential to be premium but the price doesn’t match the product in our opinion.
