Great location Free valley parking Fast check in and smooth check out Well decorated , nice atmosphere Free refreshments and coffee in hotel lobby upon arrival. Very clean and spacious rooms ( reservation is connected family rooms) Contains full amenities including coffee machine with free capsules and complimentary water bottles. Very comfortable beds Excellent waterpark view from the balcony ( a plus ) Free access to MERYAL water park Half board , diner and breakfast , both were fantastic in terms of overall restaurant atmosphere , selection and variety of food , taste , freshness and availability , very high quality. Special thanks to Ms.Meriem in front desk , who kindly helped with check in and check out and provided answers and assistance with all our concerns. Enjoyed a complimentary late checkout as ALL Accor silver member which was honored by the hotel. Highly recommended for a short family vacation , kids enjoyed it very much, it was unforgettable experience. Excellent value for money. Small negatives , one room was very cold and temperature couldn't be adjusted on AC panel , no reservation invoice was received despite asking for it and being reassured it will be sent to my email.

As per the title, my kids are 12 and 11 and we stay all inclusive in connected family suite. From the waterpark to the staff and hotel facilities we all love the place, its a short cab ride into doha and everything is well connected. Area is still developing but after a year we saw clear progress and the whole Lusail area looking more and more beautiful

Amenities excellent, food is okay but my only comment is the reception staff is not friendly atleast those in hospitality sector should have a nice smile welcoming you and not a snobbish face. and also one not so good exeprience is that i talked to the reception lady that if we can checked out at 12:30pm because my Family went for Meryal waterparks for 1hour coz its open only at 11am and she said k no worries but then when we came @ 12:15pm we cant access anymore the elavator instead we used stair so dissappointing to think before we went to meryel park we asked for consideration but anyhow if not for this experience its a worthy of a money👌
