Me and my family had an absolutely fantastic stay! We booked two double family rooms with breakfast and stayed for two weeks. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. The valet team, security, and concierge — especially Ghazi, Joseph, and Azeem — were superb throughout our stay. A special mention also goes to Mr. Ali, the head of security, who was always nearby to make sure we were well looked after. The reception team were equally wonderful — too many names to list, but every single one of them was welcoming, helpful, and professional. At breakfast, the experience was excellent every morning. The chefs, Mr. Yatim and Ahmed, along with the waiting staff — Mr. Ali, Zaynep, Patricia, and Khushnu, just to name a few — were fantastic. The food was fresh, tasty, and constantly replenished. The waterpark was another highlight! It’s huge, with plenty of rides to enjoy and beaches perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Again, the staff there were amazing — always friendly and attentive. From the warm welcome by Clifford and Thalo at the entrance, to Teresa and Mohammed by the jet skis, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The lifeguards deserve a special mention for their care and attentiveness, particularly Salim, Suleman, and Zaynab. We spent the weekend to celebrate my 8yr old daughters Bday. Eventhough we didnt get our room till after 5:30pm due to how busy your team was Ibrahim at the front desk went out of his way to make it up to us without me even asking for anything. His actions made all the difference and I really appreciate it. We loved every min of it and I think I had more fun than the kids! Cant wait to go back and spend another weekend

Staying at the hotel was definitely a good experience overall; however, the only downside was the room. After a tiring day, we were expecting a good night’s sleep, but the room temperature was quite hot. We called the reception at around 1 a.m., and they sent someone to fix the AC, but unfortunately, it remained warm, and we couldn’t sleep properly. In addition, two days prior to our check-in, I coordinated with a hotel representative to arrange a small surprise in the room for my daughter’s 8th birthday. He assured me that he would take care of it. To our disappointment, nothing was prepared upon our arrival. When I followed up, he mentioned that the staff usually set it up in the evening—but this was never communicated beforehand. The stay was quite expensive, so it was disheartening that such a simple request wasn’t fulfilled.

We were not allowed to benefit from a late checkout

We were a group of 8. 4 adults 4 teenagers. We all had an amazing time. We stayed for 2 night 3 days a were on the all inclusive package. It was super from start to finish. Access to the water park is brilliant. There was something for everyone. The teenagers made use of the free shuttle to the mall and we ate in the restaurant brassarie one night as well as the steak house. Which were both super. The staff in the steak house were just so knowledgeable and it was a great experience. The kids made use of the buffet on both nights. If you could improve one thing it would be to have an adults only pool area. All staff were helpful and kind. The pool staff were great and attentive as were front of house staff. This was our third stay here and I’m sure we will be back again. Thanks for helping create some great holiday memories.

Rooms were good, food was good but service in restaurants leaves alot to be desired.
