wonderful stay at Rixos Premium. The rooms standard was high and very clean. Staff very friendly and went out of their way o ensure we had a great time there. Food was out of this world. Hopefully i will be able to return one day. I would definitely recommend!

This place is my favourite hotel in all the places I have stayed. The staff are amazing along with the food and restaurants. Fresh towels morning and evening along with fresh flowers on arrival. My only complaint are the kids don’t use the Aqua Park or they should be kept on one side of the pool in a separate area.

Overall we were delighted especially at the beach and the service provided there. Equally the service by the waitress was excellent in the restaurant we were lucky enough to have the same lady every day. As stated above it was disappointing that there was only 1 internal area for a drink at the bar and during our stay there were large numbers of families with children who on many nights took up the majority of seats meaning we had to drink sat in the lobby perhaps the hotel could consider this. Our room was comfortable but as also stated we did have to chase on 2 occasions having our room cleaned. Excellent service by the staff at the entrance in both sorting taxis or taking any parcels to our room so that we could go straight to dinner

Returned for the 2nd year as a couple. Saadiyat Island has the best beach white sand and blue water. Rixos is wonderful with its all inclusive service and great staff. Only wished they served finger sandwiches in the coffee shop at lunchtime with a variety of cakes and pastries like the Rixos Dubai as we would have preferred this option to full lunch buffet. Relaxed in the adult section of the grounds and drinks served to your sun bed for ease by pushing button. Special thanks to Krishna and KB who went to the Kids club to get us chocolate ice cream lollies as well as keeping us well hydrated. Special thanks and lovely to be greeted by Retsy who we met last year and manager Mr Binoy who helped us out with a couple of small issues. Your help was appreciated. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned well with a powerful rain shower with L’Occtaine luxury products. Thank you to Binura who kept our room tip top and we liked his towel art. Life guard patrol every pool and the beach so if you have children they are kept safe as they do watch out keeping them safe if jumping in the pool. Thank you Tape for welcoming us again who is so helpful and friendly we remembered him also from last year. Buffet food and Al A Carte restaurants are very good. We stayed 12 nights and this gave us 6 visits to our choice of Al A Carte restaurants. The Italian being our favourite. Breakfast buffet is excellent and has options for everyone, Thank you to Phu our waitress that mastered an excellent pot of English Breakfast Tea as not all knew how to make it and did on a few occasions come in strange ways 😂 The Rixos pool can be very busy as lots of families with children stay at this resort. Wish there was an adult only pool other then the spa one as we did tend to avoid the pool and swim in the beautiful sea. One last member of staff who we loved from last year was our previous waitress Susma. We did look for her in the restaurant but she is now a butler in the villas. If you stay in a villa hopefully it’s this wonderful lady who will look after you Thank you all for spoiling us xxxxxx
