The service staff in the restaurant and pool bars are fantastic. The life guards also go beyond, helping guests throughout the day. We had reason to speak with reception staff who, to be honest, were not without fault....their manner can be a little short. I wish the reception / lower management crew could actually take on board the attitude of the forward facing crew members, then the hotel would be perfect. This is very often the same, as we have experienced at other premium All Inclusive resorts....

Stayed for 14nights and had a wonderful holiday. The food in all restaurants was great and the grounds beautifully maintained, the gardeners are fantastic. I would say improvements could be made to the quality of cocktails served. Also diet soft drinks would be great. Visiting in August some of the swimming pools were a little dirty and was difficult to get to the swim-up pool bars. Otherwise I was impressed with the cleanliness around the hotel and the staff are all so helpful, friendly and kind.

As soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted and felt relaxed. Beautiful lobby area and very slick check in, arrival drink before being taken to our room. Staff worked so hard to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Turquoise restaurant staff were excellent, so friendly and thoughtful. We used the lagoon pool almost every day and the staff there were great too. Very relaxing atmosphere. We also ate at the Mangal, la Churrascaria and the Peoples restaurant (dinner and breakfast 3 times) the food was delicious and again staff was amazing. Housekeeping was great, well kept room, we were very happy with everything

Another year at the Rixos premium seagate, and another fantastic year. The food again was fabulous, the service throughout was amazing. This year with the new Mykonos 'greek' restaurant, it made the stay even better. A massive thank you to 'Shafiq' firstly in the lounge bar and then in the lagoon bar on the aqua side. If you are heading to the Premium Seagate anytime soon, look out for this guy, he's an absolute superstar and made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Thankyou Shafiq. The staff on the Aqua side in guest relations couldnt be more helpful. They were very happy to help with all restaurant bookings and nothing was a problem. All in all, an amazing resort with so much to give. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again next year as there is nothing that compares in Sharm.
