The place is wonderful, the food quality is good. The cleaners are so lovely and fantastic! The staff around the pool area are amazing and always happy to help! The waiters are so friendly and always on point with their services. Overall the place is clean and great services provided throughout the day. But the shops in Rixos staffs are not good with their services and I found them quite rude to be honest. And if you don’t buy anything they give you attitude.
