Food excellent something for everyone. Spotlessly clean throughout only 1 downside and that was the dj's room emptied when they came on other entertainment was very good
Paid for upgrade and not a good view for the sea. Good selection in buffet but waiters never smiled Not all drinks are available at each bar Nightmare to get a sun lounge as all taken up with towels with nobody on them. Guests need to hand a towel card in to get a towel and then hand the towel back in and get the towel card back Hotel was kept very clean Had excellent service in the French restaurant and Asia restaurant .....awful at Brazilian.
Hotel is beautiful and we had a really good holiday The only negative was booking the restaurants for at night as we could not access the system so therefor had to queue at reception in the morning to try and get bookings and then finding the restaurants were not full so not sure why you could not get your specific choice Overall a very good holiday for our first time in Egypt
The hotel was very comfortable with good facilities. The pool, particularly the lagoon pool was very good and the staff were friendly and attentive. Where things were let down were as follows: the noise between 8pm and 1am each morning from the show / disco was so loud it was vibrating in our room some distance from the venue. For a hotel marketing itself as a family friendly resort this was poor, particularly for those like us with young children trying to get them to sleep. The second issue was the availability of restaurants, which we we were told could only be booked on the app. Unfortunately it seemed that only two restaurants could be booked leaving us having to use the buffet most evenings. Lastly when we booked we booked a family room for two adults and one toddler. Happily when we arrived at 9pm we were upgraded to a suite but it took 3 hours after arriving and multiple requests to get either a cot or the sofa bed to be made up. This made for a very late night for our toddler and some upset as a result - that and trying to get him to sleep with noise like being in the middle of a night club.
