Fantastic hotel totally a 5 star experience. The lobby was very relaxing, the outside pool area right next to the sea was amazing with top class comfy sun beds . All staff members were really friendly and attentive with a smile .

First impressions were very good but as we were here for a week we began to notice short comings. Our room was serviced well but our patio/balcony wasn’t brushed/swept/mopped at all during our stay! Attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. No deep cleaning done in the room. Corners in both bedroom and bathroom are dirty! Toilet and hand basin needs a good bleach and clean. Bed and bed linen excellent. Bar area is very dark! Drinks and food very expensive! Restaurant, first night, was very impressive! Then it was the same every night! Chickens just stuck on a board which you had to cut yourself because the Chef can’t be bothered!! Beef, in some form or another every single night! Everything and every meal was cold. Some nights there were hot plates, other nights cold plates! No consistency at all!! Breakfast, cold everyday except the omelettes!! I mean, one omelet pan with one chef in a 5 star establishment???? One chef could even manage 2 pans???? No eye contact, no smiles!! Everyone was not happy! The occasional waitress managed a smile! Restaurant managers, looked dishevelled and untidy! Their uniforms were a disgrace and nothing fitted! Out of shape, too small and wearing trainers ! Not a good look! As for eye contact, hardly any!! No table touching, asking guests if everything was alright. The only time they managed to talk was to say goodbye on the way out of the restaurant!
