Rixos Downtown Antalya - The Land Of Legends Access

First I would like to thank The Rixos downtown team for their hospitality. We had the best experience from the moment we arrived to the hotel at 12:15am. We were greeted by the reception team his name was Yunis. Yunis handled checkout for us swiftly ans professionally and ensured we went over to the restaurant to get something to eat after our long flight. Yunis was able to give his all the information we required regarding the facilities the hotel had to offer and even upgraded our room, allowed us to check out late for an extra fee. We were also overwhelmed by the kindness and attentiveness of the waiting staff in the panoramic restaurant. Mehmet who also went above and beyond for my son and I ensuring we had drinks before we sat down and the best tables in the restaurants. He also sang happy birthday to my son and made him feel special he truly was an amazing waiter and a credit to Rixos downtown. The waiter Ahmet was also very good and always made us feel seen and welcome. The food options were outstanding. It was great food and desserts everyday of the week. Different foods from all over the world were present. I also loved the live cooking stations in the morning for eggs. The bars inside and outside also provide high quality premium drinks and the snacks were super tasty and so easy to order through QR code. Most importantly the interior and asthetics of the hotel were visually outstanding, also clean and tidy and the grounds and landscaping were well kept by all staff. The photography team including Hussain were outstanding they were so professional and were extremely friendly which made my son enjoy the holiday even more. The parrots were a great touch also. The access to the spa , gym, bikes and private beach was the highlight of the trip including the access to The land of legends including transfers everything was just perfect including my room. House keeping were extremely professional and made my son’s birthday surprise even better. The lady who cleaned 485 daily she complimented my perfume said I looked beautiful. She also put balloons and towel shapes on my beds. The staff also gave us a complimentary birthday cake with fruit and wine the morning of my son’s birthday. I will NEVER forget the experience and the friends I have met at Rixos downtown which I intend to keep in my life forever . I will be returning with my mom and extended family next year. Most of all I want to Thank you all for making this the best holiday I have ever had in my life.

We stayed at this hotel for a team-building trip, and everything was amazing! The service was top-notch—the staff was very friendly and solved any issues quickly. The buffet had a great variety of delicious food, and the drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were excellent, including fresh juices. The outdoor pool was fantastic, and we loved the free bikes—just a 10-minute ride to the sea with a stunning view! There were plenty of bars, including a 24-hour one. The rooms were luxurious. Highly recommend—perfect for both relaxation and team events!

We arrived at the hotel & the overall impression was good. It was our anniversary & they had arranged balloons & a bottle of wine. Just a few points that would have made the trip feel better: * The entertainment started at approx 9.30pm of an evening which sometimes felt quite late. It was quite chilly in the evening and the heaters were left in the corner & really would have appreciated them being put on. * We had trouble booking a table at our chosen restaurant even though we booked the day we arrive. They eventually booked when I persisted. * It felt like there were a lot of managers walking about (too many chiefs and not enough Indians) The overall atmosphere felt quite flat in the hotel, the was a piano in the main bar but was never used. * the hotel was very clean. The housekeeping were very good! And the grounds were immaculate. * we had a waiter that was quite amazing! Most staff were ok but he out shone them all. I did mention this to the hotel (Farid) I would hope that there would be some kind of reward & recognition for staff that are mentioned by customers. I stayed at the Rixos in Gocek last year & I was expecting the same level of service but it just wasn’t as good & feel I would not recommend or go back.
