• In case more than one Miles & Smiles Member stays in the same room, just one member card can benifit to earn Miles.

• The earned Miles will be uploaded to the member’s card until the 15th of ensuing month after the accommodation.

• Miles & Smiles card should be submitted at check-in by the member to earn miles from the accommodation.
