Loved this hotel. Had never been to a Rixos resort before but will definitely be going to another one in the future. Can’t fault the hotel- can’t think of anything at all that I didn’t like. Some guests were rude and didn’t like to wait their turn but I think us British are too polite!! But this was no reflection on the hotel. Food was probably the best buffet food we’ve experienced. The steak in the a la carte restaurant was also superb. The staff work endlessly to make sure everything is perfect. The location was okay but not amazing, but we booked this hotel to be near to the theme park.
The structure is very beautiful and well maintained. Certainly some services need improvement. - good quality food but repetitive (there was always the same things to eat) - possibility to call the shuttle in case of need (especially in the morning we waited even 30-40 minutes) - lack of staff near the pool to enforce the rules - basic room cleaning (especially the bathroom) - lack of evening activities The thing I appreciated most was the area reserved for children, with recreational spaces with games and activities.
Everything was perfect except the price.
