Well located, average stay, excellent staff at reception and lobby bar but the broadband is a total disappointment

I stayed 6 nights or so, rooms are dated, staff are excellent in terms of customer service and attitude, food is ok but could do with more variety in main restaurant, speciality restaurant meat that I wanted was fully booked My main issue is the quality of the broadband, an absolute disaster if you want to work. I did ask and your staff sent an email saying the broadband was fine, it wasnt This is the email Dear Guest, Thank you for your reply. The fee for an extra person within your reservation is 40 EUR per night. Our Wi-Fi connection is very good, you can work comfortably in our hotel. Best Regards Feray Gezerer Reservation Executive

the staff, location, services were all very good, just 2 comments; 1. not enough seating arrangements at nigh when there is live music on the ground floor, and even the 1st floor. 2. the food was very good except the grill people have to be supervised (seeing a lot of people waiting in the line, they ahd small amount of meatballs, when i told them that the current cooking ones are not gonna be enough for the waiting line, their asnwer was "we were told so"

Returned after staying in Feb 2024, the first time we have ever returned to a hotel/destination. The experience was less impressive this time - the hotel cleanliness has deteriorated, the restaurant wasn’t as good and the staff were not as attentive. We still enjoyed our stay but we only returned due to the outstanding experience in 2024.
