Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

Im usually not good at writting reviews but this time I have decided to do so. Rixos is a luxury 5* hotel brand and they are part of the Accor chain. I'm a diamond member of Accor and upon check in my membeship status was immediately recognized and I received all the privileges Im entitled to. As of the room upgrade I was upgraded from the simple (cheapest) room to a suite level which is over and aove the Accor policy requirement. I also received a bottle of nice champaign as part of my wellcome package. Rixos is also an all inclusive hotel (I think the only in the Emirates) including unlimited alcohol consumption (coktails, beer: Becks, Corona, Peroni, Heineken; Whiskey (Chivas, Jhonny Walker) and free of charge acccess to 3 restaurants Italian, Asian, Seafood) Food, Beverages, Hotel facilities are all up to the 5* Emirates standards. However for me as a family guy where Rixos is unbeatable not just in the Emirates but in other locations compared to other 5* brands is the Rixy club. Rixy club provides meaningfull!!! entertainment for your kids from 10AM - 23PM. There are hips of activities offered daily for the kids. What makes the Rixy Club in Abu Dhabi outstanding even among other and bigger Rixy Club facilities are the laidies working there. They are not just performing a job this is their passion as well. I believe that it is extremly hard to invent something new for young kids on a daily basis. Young kids don't hide their opinion they are not "polite" but spell out if they don't like something. My daughter was crying (and I saw she was not the only one) when she had to say good bye to Rixy. Natalia and Olessiya thanks very much for making this holiday a 7* holiday for my daughter and for mum and dad as well.

My wife and I recently had a 10 day holiday at your hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed, the food in the main dining hall as well as all of the Al a Carte restaurants was excellent and the service from all staff was exceptional. We very much enjoyed everything about our stay and will be back!

Rixos Abu Dhabi is the best hotel, specially for families!! The beach is great , clean and quiet They have very good pool and also kid’s pool and small aqua park which is very nice one, just next to the kid’s room that have good vibe for the kids! The food is delicious , breakfast lunch and dinner!! Fresh and clean! The waiters r very kind and helpful! Service is 100/100!! Great smell all over the hotel and the gym also is great with fantastic juice bar! We will come back next summer for sure!!! Thank you Rixos!!!

The whole experience during our stay in Saadiyat Rixos was amazing!This is the 7th time we have stayed at this hotel.The staff are incredible,they will do everything to make your stay memorable.So many choices of fantastic and fresh food and drinks in the Turquoise restaurant.Beach and pool bars setting for sunset was perfect.As always enjoyed the live music and performance in the evening in the courtyard.The room was very quite,clean with romantic terrace view.The customer service from the parking till the end of our stay was perfect But unfortunately first time during our stay in this amazing paradise WE FACED WITH DISADVANTAGE: we were not be able to book a dinner in Asian,Italian or Sea food restaurants,as we booked only for 2 nights.It was so disappointed as we get used to visit these restaurants before,during our stay in Rixos or even just visit this hotel for dinner. No one explained this during booking.

Amazing facilities and staff, wonderful variety of food and what can I say about the beach? Marvelous.
