Great facilities, clean and nice beaches and pools, polite helpful good English speaking staff,rich tasty buffet, great entertainment all day ,nice evening shows.

A very relaxing 12 day stay. The food was really high quality with a vast range of options across the different restaurants. The staff were all friendly. The WhatsApp messaging made things simple during the stay. The gym was well equipped and the outside classes run by Sasha were varied and brilliant. It felt like we had a personal trainer. I also enjoyed boats rides for lunch at the secret beach and the boat yoga. There always seemed to be something different on every day from the entertainment to the street food market. I would come again without hesitation. Thank you.

From the minute we arrived the staff were super kind, considerate & helpful. The holiday was so relaxing & peaceful, the resort is beautiful. The restaurants are superb. The secret beach was amazing and the private cabana re rented were fantastic. A huge thank you to Maher & all the staff & team there

This was our 3rd holiday at Rixos Premium Gocek in the last 7 years. Somethings have improved and some have disappointed. The staff and service remain outstanding. The use of WhatsApp for receiving information and communicating all your wishes/requirements to Reception is a really neat innovation. The drink service round the pool was non-stop !! The service at breakfast and dinner buffets in the Turquoise restaurant was outstanding (Thank you Mustafa). The fish restaurant (Daidala) used to be complimentary once per stay, but now charges 25 euros per person. There are three "new" speciality restaurants, but these also cost 25 or 50 euros per head. It's now impossible to get a lunchtime snack. Previously, the People's Restaurant and the snack bar on the Secret Beach served snacks all the time. Now the People's Restaurant is much more formal and now has a la carte breakfast and dinner. The rest of the time, unless you just have a bowl of chips or just a dessert, the plates are enormous. Similarly, the new Azur Restaurant at the Secret Beach also serves huge meals. The once popular snack bar on the Secret Beach has now been relegated to serving a very poor selection of "bits and pieces". The quality of the food at all the restaurants is excellent, and the choice of all dishes, bread, salads, desserts, fruit, etc. is just wonderful. The quality of the wine is really good for an all-inclusive hotel. My final observation on the food at the Rixos was that the temperature of the cooked dishes varied from cold, through "luke warm" to warm (at best). This was my big disappointment of our stay at the Rixos. Could I suggest a few micowaves around the food area to help people like me to enjoy their food ? Food is a huge part of everyone's holiday and anything that can be done to improve it's enjoyment would be hugely welcome.
