dissappointed having flown overnight that our room was not available on arrival.we were told to go and get a coffee and we could use the changing facilities but our suitcase had already been taken away at that point. we eventually got our room which was a deluxe sea view but all we could see out of room was several large palm trees which blocked any view and teh back on another part of the hotel. We chose not to complain as we were glad to get any room at that stage !!! Overall we had a lovely holiday and the a la carte restuarants were excellent.Staff were excellent and always polite and helpful which made for a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately there was far too many children and buggies etc...staying at the hotel which we did not expect in February and so we unlikely to return

Fantastic staff, great food, loved the a la carte restuarants. Only criticism (small) would be the lack of hanging space and drawers. Will come again
Our first visit to Dubai...we carefully selected a hotel and The Rixos most certainly didn't disappoint. It was truly outstanding in every level. The staff, the accommodation, the food & beverages, the entertainment and facilities were just simply the best. So much so, we do plan to return on an annual basis going forward (probably February again).
9 nights in Feb at Rixos The Palm - perfection 👌 We stayed in a premium sea view room, which was amazing - daily filled mini bar, L’Occitane toiletries and everything you could possibly need, slippers and robes etc. Rixos colleagues (every single one) were professional, super-helpful and absolutely delightful. The food was to die for, the restaurants were beautiful and the meals delicious with great choice and fabulous service. The pool was warm and crystal clear, the drinks were top-notch, cocktails galore, all high-end brands even Guinness (our personal favourite). The beach was spotless, ample loungers and shade - the weather was gorgeous. Evenings fine, I had a wrap whilst hubby was in short sleeves so not particularly chilly. Entertainment was pleasant, but this is probably the one and only thing that could be better. That said it DID NOT dampen in any way wonderful wonderful holiday, that Rixos absolutely provided for us. We had been looking for an adults only hotel but we are sooo glad we booked Rixos as the facilities for families and children were amazing and this meant adults had the perfect adult space and attention too. Wow Wow Wow, we would recommend Rixos without hesitation. We must mention Cristy in Bar1, thank you for making our evenings special (Big Guinness, Little Guinness 😂) and Jimmy at the front door (a true gentleman and so so professional).
