Extremely clean hotel, food was superb, the staff are very friendly and helpful, attentive. One little hick up in the steak restaurant one evening but the next time we went the service was second to none.
I have had many trips to hotels with all-inclusive services, especially in Turkey and I can say that this trip was one of the best trip for me and my wife. I must congratulate the hotel manager for providing a safe and pleasant environment for the guests. the behavior of the staff was excellent. Finally, I have to give special thanks to the reception staff, especially BeBe. when he realized that the purpose of our trip is my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary, he made very special arrangements in the room to surprise my wife. Finally, I can only say thank you for everything.
