Had a good family holiday experience.

We had a weekend stay with my family. The staff was kind and helpful. The food was delicious and varied. The hotel had various activities for children. The shopping mall was also exceptional and had good quality shops. Overall, the hotel is amazing for a family stay.

A Royally Perfect Stay

The entire stay was perfect in every aspect. The staff is super friendly and proactive regarding guest comfort and needs. The rooms are large and loaded with all amenities. We loved the theme park and the evening walks along the canal. Everything was perfect.

Starting with highly professional staff welcoming you and keep tracking with you daily to ensure you have a fabulous stay. Then you see the delicious and variable food that will for sure satisfy your taste. Amazing park with to spend the day. At the end you rest at the ground floor enjoying a cup of tea with music and kids are playing around safely. This was the third time I stay here and definitely not the last.
