Our stay at the hotel was absolutely beautiful and luxurious. The staff were amazing—special thanks to Mayar at the reception, who has been exceptional since our very first visit. She helped us resolve a booking issue with kindness and patience, and we truly appreciate her support. We stayed in the Panorama Suite, and the experience was fantastic. The view was breathtaking, and we absolutely loved the hotel’s location. Everything from the food to the services was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Rixos, see you next summer!

The chef should be fired immediately, low quality food and served very cold besides there is no room service or cleaning
