This is not my first time in Rixos Alamein, what I need to say to the management (PLEASE MAINTAIN QUALITY), because i felt somehow this year the quality of (food, service) is not RIXOS ALAMEIN ! I already delivered my message to the concerned staff and they almost agree on all !
