great hotel

to Hotel was very good, food no so, especially breakfast cold not easy to get a cup of tea some mornings no tea at all, or no milk when milk did come it was often hot and in a cup not a jug? Evening meals often cold very disappointing

We had a good time at Rixos Park Belex

Over all we had a good time. There is a few things that need to be changed. First of all, the reception team, not very welcoming. Rooms are nice but need a little bit more to look at the details. In room cleaning is average. Food is very repetitive, not a good variety, to be honest we didn’t like the buffet. I chose to book for The Grill restaurant and I was so disappointed. Quality of meat was not good at all, service was very good but we left very quickly. Hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. Very good selection of drinks, very good service too. We really enjoyed the time we spent at the reception bar and the Chill Pool Bar.

Very comfortable and extraordinary good service

We had a very smooth and comfortable stay in Rixos Park Belek. This was our third stay in a Rixos Hotel and it was one of the best. Service and the area of the hotel is excellent.

Lovely hotel and location

We had a lovely break at the Rixos Park Resort. Lovely grounds, food was plentiful and had great selection throughout the day. The room we was given was amazing - we were upgraded to a suite for our 20th wedding anniversary ☺️ Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay. (Besides the last day when my wife slipped and injured herself in the pool WC) Which put a downer on the whole experience. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Lovely hotel - let down by restaurant

We had a lovely stay, the bed was super comfy. Food was below standard. Room cleaning missed and toiletries not replaced.
