Well organized, modern hotel.

Clean and modern interiors. Tasty and varied meals. Lots of additional attractions. The rooms were clean but a little worn, they could be of a higher standard. The staff was nice and helpful, but they didn't speak English very well.

Good stay

The only down side is that I was at the orient side (red buildings) and I had to wait a lot for shuttle and for room service . I remember that I came to the room and my son went tô shower and there were no towels in the room . I had to call the reception 3 or 4 times . It took more than 30 minutes to get the towels. Other than that everything was perfect. Thank you.

Good hotel but too crowded

We have stayed in several Rixos hotels but found this one most crowded with the most basic rooms. Food was excellent but most dishes would run out because of the volume of guests. Hence for us, it didn’t really feel like staying in a 5 start hotel.
