Rixos Park Belek - The Land Of Legends Access

Our family of four came for three nights at the resort. Spent two days at Land of Legends for the kids. The other times at the resort only as there was so much to do and enjoy. The staff were amazing. The atmosphere luxurious and inviting. The food delicious and varied. We used the pool, the beach, the bars and the shuttle to get to the theme park. It was an amazing and relaxing trip.

This is a 5 star hotel and I expect 5 star service. The Lounge Bar - if set at table I expect waitresses to come over and take orders instead of me having to go to the bar and carrying hot teas and coffees back to my table. Some staff appeared better trained than others and would come over to take orders whereas some would not be bothered - one actually asked me to go and order at the bar. Pool Bar (where the live concerts are) - same thing. There should be table service. The restaurant - super inconsistent. Literally say only one table with cutlery properly layed out (starter set on the outside and main course set on the inside). Some tables had no sufficient cutlery at all and you have to ask for it. Plates not cleared quick enough. Not befitting of a 5 star hotel. Reception - this is a 5 star hotel but nobody to greet guests at the door and help with getting luggage out of the car. Also only the person I walked up to at reception desk said hello - the rest just ignore you. Rooms - no body lotion. Overall some staff are great and seem better trained whereas the others act as if you’re bothering them. The service is very inconsistent.
