It was great stay enjoyed the whole thinges especially the cigar lounge.
I would like to thank Mustafa at the front desk for making sure I got room type 13. He called housekeeping and even though we had to wait he provided us with refreshments. During the whole stay I had great service from Subash at the Beach & Pool team, very helpful, sincere going that bit further to make sure we enjoyed the use of the facilities. The daily housekeeping on the 31st floor was great, re-active, attentive to detail and made sure the room was welcoming and fresh everyday. The turndown service was also very good. Overall we had a enjoyable stay, and look forward to our next visit. Please pass on my comments to the management team.
