Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Luxushotel war höchste Qualität. Beim Check-in wurden wir äußerst professionell und freundlich von der Gästebetreuung Ates und Seyma empfangen . Schnell wurden wir mit Golf Car´s in unser sauberes großzügiges Zimmer gebracht . Es war genug Stauraum für unsere Kleidung vorhanden. Auch das gastronomische Angebot im Hauptrestaurant Turquoise war erstklassig frisch zubereitet so wohl am Frühstücksbuffet wie auch das Abendessen ließen keine wünsche offen. Secret Beach das man mit einem kleinen Boot ständig ereichen konnte und sich als Strand mit Beruhigende wunderschöner angenehmer Atmosphäre zeigte .Sehr gut das Azur A La Carte Restaurant oberhalb des Strand und der Imbiss am Strand.Getränke an der kleinen Bar waren kühl frisch und gut gemix. Die Mitarbeiter waren im gesammten Bereich des Hotels stets zuvorkommend und serviceorientierent. Besonders Maher Gästebetreuung Manager. Der Operation Manager Ibrahim und das ganze Team. Perfect holiday to relax in beautiful surroundings. The secret beach was an amazing experience. An ideal 'get away from it all' holiday. My only disappointment was the lack of indoor, comfortable lounges where guests could relax if the weather was poor ( we had over 24 hours of torrential rain!) I think a facility such as this would be an excellent addition to an otherwise perfect holiday retreat.
An absolutely wonderful hotel. Huge bonus was the speedboat ride to the beach. Staff, food, pools, restaurants all brilliant. However there is one downfall. The hotel is not equipped for dealing with the rain we had during our stay. There are no relaxing areas to sit inside to escape the rain. People’s restaurant is not ideal as it felt manic and stressful and could not cope with the number of people. Also we had a late flight back to Uk and a rainy day with no room to go to and nowhere to sit and relax until pick up time of 20.30 was not good. I asked for an extension to my room but to no avail. This was not helpful at all. If it had not rained for my visit I would have no negatives for your hotel.
