Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas

We had a fantastic holiday. We had a great experience here the rooms are stunning. The food, drink and service was excellent and the surroundings are beautiful and well looked after. We can’t wait to book again.

Smiling, friendly, polite staff, many different restaurants, delicious and varied food and drinks, clean, shiny and beautiful environment, flowers and green plants everywhere and beautiful sandy beach.

The staff, whether room, restaurant, facilities, activities, etc. were incredibly friendly and willing to help (even during such difficult period as the Ramadan). The hotel is huge and amazing, very well maintained. Gardens and flowers everywhere are top-class. It was so easy to move around with the mini-shuttle bus, we enjoyed morning and evening beach yoga sessions with Anna (so kind and dedicated), choosing between beach (with service) or pools (with service too). Every details is cared. Mid-afternoon we often played tennis and panel on close-to-new fields and equipment, and often finished our days with cocktails in the panoramic bar with Samy, before an impressive choice of restaurants with different cuisine. Our rooms were always cleaned and refurnished with drinks. and they were all very good. One thing that could be improved: the wines were not at the same level as everything else. Overall: EXCELLENT and AMAZING STAY.

Stayed for 7 nights in a swim-up suite. Beautiful, pristine hotel grounds. Polite, professional, attentive, cleanly-dressed staff. Tasty meals at a-la-carte restaurants. Wide selection of high quality food & drinks at all hours of the day. Room was immaculately presented & spacious. Brilliant spa & well-stocked gym. It felt like absolutely everything was catered for - food, drink, entertainment, excursions, ATM, sports, leisure activities - I didn't have to stress about anything. Nothing was too much of an ask for the staff if I needed anything. It was such a relaxing and comfortable stay I didn't want to leave!

Beautiful hotel welcome was lovely by Alicia Some staff attentive .. restaurant waiters cery sliw to clear table .. had to get them for drinks so ended up getting our own coffee at breakfast Unlike other rixos hotels we have been to should be a meet n greet at diamond restaurant Al a carte the best being Salt ( choice wonderful ) staff very attentive went back for 2nd visit that Asian i felt rushed and quality of food very poor My main course prawns was so salty i had to leave it Turkish .. staff slow and meal rushed but food great but my rice pudding cold out of fridge with the rice paper still on top ! Because of slow service we didnt wait to ask for it to be cooked and left Mangal Excellent … staff great and food plenty and delicious Brazilian Excellent and deliciuos Peoples .. not anywhere near Balek Turkey ok menu for lunch Loved the experience of the buses so prompt and pick up drivers so friendly Loved the setting of the hotel its just beautiful The best experience was coming down to the top pool our room 431034 was wonderful The life guards straight over setting your beds with towels and umbrellas and tables bringing water and constantly asking if everything ok Special mention to Gamal he even came to clean our sunglasses that guy needs recognition such a gentleman and happy to see us each morning and throughout the day a pleasure to see them in the morning to start our day Rammy the barman at lotus pool waiter such a lovely guy not enough help but towards the end of our stay another barman came but in peak season need more staff He came round with ice coffee at 10.30 followed by fruit skewer and mini sandwich pieces We would really recommend as you claim a 5 star hotel some food up there and an icecream fridge at least … never been anywhere without snacks etc .. very annoying having to pack up and go to the front to either street food or a restaurant .. that i would say really needs addressing Enjoyed Panorama Bar but cocktails are just not up to standard but due to lots of stairs could do with some sort of lift as lots of people gave it a miss due to not being able to climb up .. i managed but with difficulty and the stairs poorly lit In othe Rixos we have visited ( Balek Gocek Dubai ) and they are superb Entertainment time who were st pool party with fruit were great as were the coctails again food would of been appreciated We loved our stay and would return but compared to the other Rixos 5 Star hotels we have visited it really doesn't come up to the standards We are visiting Ras Al Khaimah Rixos in September and i am sure this wont disappoint
