The only issue I had was at the checkin. Although I had a booking confirmation email from ALLAccor webpage, the front desk made me and my family with 3 young kids wait for more than 30mins to “retrieve” the booking. The good thing is that later the front desk director reached out to me with an apology and a gesture which I appreciated. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The kids pool area and the kids club are great and the food is delicious.
We absolutely love this hotel and this is now our 4th visit. Hotel is spotless, the food is beautiful, the choice of restaurants is great, the tapenyaki was superb. The staff are so polite and helpful, Romel remembers us and the kids every time and cannot do enough, Pradeep is so helpful and he listens and helps. Muna at the turquoise restaurant is so lovely and nothing is too hard for her even though you can see she is so busy. Alexis by the bar always came with a massive smile on his face and the gentlemen who works along side him down at the pool bar. We did miss Ahmet around the pool. The children’s facilities and entertainment has stepped up massively. It is amazing and very entertaining, the kids who are 4 and 5 had a great time and we felt safe leaving them with the lovely kids club staff, all of them. The ONLY complaint I would have, the music around the main pool has got too loud during the day, it was quite nice to have a little break from the noise of the water park etc when around the main pool during the day.
From our first night to our last night we had the best relaxing time ever.
