Had a Super week, rooms were clean, food was fabulous and staff were wonderful. My only comment would be that you need an Adults Only Pool. Too many children in the main pool and not one in the the Children's Pool. Maybe a bar/restaurant needs to be built to encourage families to use it?
Food was amazing but could have been warmer pool was an nightmare children around the the pool bar eating water going in your drink
We celebrated our son’s birthday and stayed at Club Prive! The service was excellent! Thanks to Mahmoud and Ezz!!! We had an amazing staycation!
This being our 5th time we have stayed here, says it all, hotel,food staff all excellent. Cleanliness of rooms Beautiful hotel….we will be back.
Well located hotel which is impressive on entrance. Check in was easy and fast, with suitcases taken to the room. Rooms were elaborate with good size bathrooms. However rooms were tired with scuff marks and scrapes on bed , tiles and furniture with broken tile in bathroom. The bar staff around the pool were helpful and pleasant. Although lots of glasses, cans and bottles left around the edge of the pool for long periods of time which we felt were a real health and safety hazard. Pool was large and correct temperature and life guards were very alert and friendly. Restaurants service was variable. The Greek restaurant was excellent as was the tapinyarki. The Italian rushed our service, attempting to take plates when we hadn’t finished, we had six courses in an hour. ( we were ten minutes early so no rush) The Turkish restaurant was impressive in setting but service was very poor. The menu was not explained, first courses were not cleared before appetisers were delivered and they were not removed before main course came. Hot and cold appetisers came together, meals were plonked on the table it in front of us and we were only offered one drink, another table were offered at least three. One waiter did notice the service we were getting and tried to help us by clearing dishes etc . Very disappointing. We had a lovely holiday and in general the hotel was amazing but there were small changes that would make us consider returning .
