Nice stay comfortable

hi we enjoy our staying, but our flight back delayed for a few hours & we didn't get confirmation from reception for late check out, so we have to stay out for 5 hours. not a pleasunt experiance...

We simply can’t get enough of rixos or it’s amazing staff. If you want a beautiful relaxing hotel with great location , entertainment and amenities to spend your vacation at and be pampered and welcomed by infinite warmth, hospitality and excellent service then rixos sharm el shiekh gotta be your choice. You’ll always find creative decorations and parties there, the food is superb, the golf car service is always available, the pool and beach are always clean and very relaxing, so is the spa section. We want to thank everyone there starting from the driver who picked us from the airport to the reception to the golf car drivers, waiters, chefs, concierge, housekeeping..literally everyone is so welcoming and nice. But we would like to give special thanks to the following people because they truly made our stay 10…x special: - from the main open buffet restaurant: Ahmed Maher, Ibrahim Saber, Mostafa Serag, Amir K., Ashraf Sa3eed, El gohari, Ahmed Mahmoud Sa3d (Ahmed el soghayar), Shaimaa Ali Ahmed and of course their supervisor Mohamed El Degwi Chef K. Barakat, Chef Hassan Abd El Wahd, Chef Mahmoud abd el Fattah, Chef Mahmoud Abu Amer, chef Mahmoud Ahmed “Shiko”, Chef Kamel Abd El Galeel (seafood restaurant), Chef Ahmed Hasanin, Chef Mahmoud Ahmed “better”,Chef Abdelrahman Amar. And Badr Raafat from the cleaning service at the open buffet restaurant. - from reception: Hassan Omar & Ahmed Mokhtar - from housekeeping: Ibrahim Ahmed & Ahmed Samy Mohamed (in building #4) and their supervisor but unfortunately I didn’t know his name - Ahmed abdullah (FB) & Islam Eid (FB) - Ahmed fayad from the Spa, and Oil & joylene were excellent therapists. - Mohamed el mokadm (who gave us towels at the beach) - Romeo, soliman, alaa, Abu Ali & Fons (the golf car drivers) - essam the driver who drove us to the hotel. Seriously Ahmed Maher, Mostafa serag, Ibrahim saber were attentive and always, always there for us, assisting us, making sure there is nothing missing, they are the BEST! Chef K. & Mahmoud made us the best waffles everrrrrr and don’t get us started on how chef Hassan literally blew us away and spoiled us in the BEST way possible with his delicious and exclusive pies and hawawshi, those 3 chefs are amazing!! chef Mahmoud “better”, chef Ahmed Hasanin, and Chef AbdelRahman always made sure we get the tastiest dishes and always asking if we want anything more, truly so kind and sweet of them!! ibrahim and Ahmed from room cleaning and badr from restaurant cleaning service are the most politest and helpful people ever and made sure everything is clean and perfect. Romeo, Soliman, Alaa & Fons are such wonderful kind gentlemen who are always there when you need them. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay so wonderful!

From the moment we arrived to the second we left the staff were amazing.lovely room Great location and excellent service from the beach guys ,restaurant staff, through to the cleaner from our room, Well done Rixos Sharm thoroughly enjoyed our stay 👍

Staff amazing, food amazing and entertainment was amazing. All round fabulous hotel , can’t do enough for us .We stay in January for the first time and we had to book to go back , which we did in may and it didn’t disappoint.
