I absolutely love this hotel. Service and food is amazing. The facilities are excellent. The rooms are always cleaned to the highest standards. If there was anything that could be improved on I would say the music is a bit to directed at a younger audience.

Brilliant hotel with exceptional staff. We have stayed here 17 times in the past 12 years which in itself says this is a perfect holiday destination. We have already booked to come back in May 2025 and will be booking September 2025 soon. Food is excellent in both the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. Exceptionally clean everywhere.

1st time here, 7 times to Egypt. Excellent hotel, with a couple of tweets I would have rated it 10 out of 10. We will be booking this hotel next year. Only wish the cleaner of our room was more conscientious(Block 4 room 4019). Had to ask several times for toilet paper and shower gel, shampoo to be replenished. Staff was genuinely helpful. Love the club cars,saved a lot of walking and the drivers are always funny and polite. As with other 5 star hotels we have stayed in,would liked to see the manager walking round speaking to his guests.

This was our first stay at this hotel and we we were very impressed, most importantly the staff were excellent throughout cannot thank them enough they work so hard, a big thankyou to them. The hotel itself is well located not far from airport the grounds are well kept and very clean throughout, all of the pools areas are large and have plenty of sunbeds and the life guards and pool staff are very attentive. The beach has plenty of sunbeds with parasols and again staff are helpful in find beds for you, the jetty goes out to the coral so you can swim and snorkel safely. The main buffet has a great selection of food and is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and then again from 11pm to 2 am which is great for late arrivals, the a la carte restaurants were all excellent with great food and service. The bars all offer good service and drinks and again staff work hard taken orders and bringing drinks to tables. Entertainment was good throughout, the shows were excellent and then the DJs played the music we like until late in the evening. Overall this was one of best holidays and the fact you can you the sister hotels, which all offer same great service and facilities are all as good as each other and one also has a water park. Will definitely return.
