This resort was one of the best we have stayed at. Complete luxury from.the moment you enter the main doors to a stunning reception area to the grounds, the rooms and the quality of service. The staff are a credit to this hotel, they really do go above and beyond. They genuinely love theor job and it shows.

Check in was smooth and the member of staff was welcoming. We were promptly driven to our block and was pleasantly surprised at the lovely room. Spacious and clean. We were a little hungry so we went to the buffet restaurant for a late bite to eat and I was impressed at the variety of food that was on offer. We had chicken curry...delicious. We were tired so turned in and were woken up regularly throughout the night from other guests slamming their doors. We were then woken early in the morning by further slamming doors, possibly the cleaners. Please get a soft close mechanism on all room doors. Our first morning, we went for breakfast and again, a variety of food was on offer. The staff are just so lovely and will do anything they can for you. They regularly ask if everything is OK and it's so refreshing. Their English is excellent as is the service they provide. The people who stood out for me were Abdelrahman and (I think) Muhammad, he also works in the Italian restaurant. After breakfast, we went to the Oasis pool and wow, how beautiful are the grounds. We met Ali and Erachy. Both were helpful and made us laugh and made us feel relaxed and welcome. The chef at this pool is also a credit to your hotel too. He brought us fruit each morning which was delicately cut. Refreshments are brought regularly throughout the day by pool staff on skates, slushy, water, peach fruit juice and alcohol. We also got snacks. You thought of everything! And there's no need to worry about getting up early to reserve a sunbed because there are more than enough to go around. The beach was beautiful. I have never stayed in a hotel so big so the buggy service is ideal for getting around. The drivers are so lovely. Can't comment on the evening entertainment because we never watched any. The lobby bar music is a classy touch, violin and saxophonist, but was a bit much in the buffet restaurant at breakfast. The room was cleaned brilliantly by Mahmood each day. He made a Swan and heart out of the clean towels which is a lovely touch. The Al a Carte restaurants we tried are fabulous, all food was scrumptious (Italian, Indian and the Brazilian). To sum up, your doing a fabulous job and thank for a lovely stay but the banging doors were very annoying. Sending you special hugs xx 😘

We loved how attentive the staff were. The room was beautiful and clean. Great location too on ground floor plus near a pool. Food was amazing in the a la carte. The buffet food was also very good. Thank you to the pool staff outside the buffet restaurant. Only thing we did not like was the DJ music. Not what we liked. More music for British 45 to 55 year old please.

Hotel was of a very high standard. All staff happy and helpful. Food was amazing and plenty of choice. No kids which was amazing. Loved the lagoon pool and Mangal restaurant.
