Kardeşim kasım ayında otelinizde konaklamıştı onun anlattıgı yemek kalitesi ve cesitliliğini biz göremedik. Google yorumlarda da son yorumlar bu yöndeydi gidince doğru olduğunu anladık. Ayrıca Türk oteli olmasına rağmen türkce çok az konuşuldu . Otelin genel müşterileri olan Rus müsteriler kaba saygısız ve benciller rahatsız edici olabiliyorlar.Bunun dısında çocuk etkinlikleri, dondurmalar ve girebildiğimiz alacartlar iyiydi. Odamız talep etmeden aile odasına yükseltildi teşekkürler. Yaklaşık 2 ay önce fiyatların düsmesi üzerine rezervasyon yenilenmesi yapıldı talebim üzerine teşekkür ediyorum ama en son check-in ya da check out da yapılacagı söylenen aradaki farkın geri ödemesi hala yapılmadı. Genel görüşlerimiz bu yönde.

Değerli Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Yetkililerine, Sharm El Sheikh’te konakladığımız Rixos otelinizden son derece memnun kaldığımızı belirtmek isteriz. Özellikle Sayın Müdür Yıldırım Aras, ziyaretimizi unutulmaz kılmak için gösterdiği ilgi ve misafirperverlikle bizlere mükemmel bir tatil deneyimi yaşattı. Kendisi son derece profesyonel, yardımsever ve harika bir insan. Ayrıca İsmail Chef ve Ömer Chef’e de içten teşekkürlerimizi iletmek isteriz. Her ikisi de hem lezzetli yemekleri hem de güler yüzlü yaklaşımlarıyla takdiri hak ediyor. Otelinizin çocuk kulübü son derece başarılıydı; çocuklarımız güvenli ve eğlenceli vakit geçirdi. A la carte restoranlar ise yemek deneyimimizi bambaşka bir seviyeye taşıdı. Bu harika tatil için tüm ekibinize teşekkür ederiz. En kısa sürede tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Otelde hemen hemen herşey kusursuzdu , kalabalık bir otel olmasına rağmen hizmet mükemmeldi , genelde büyük otellerdeki kargaşa ve koşuşturma radamiste hiç yoktu , gayet sakin bir otel.otelin hizmetindeki görev paylaşımı harikaydı, özellikle mutfak ve yemek organizasyonları hem lezzetli hemde çok güzel ve temizdi.oteldeki en çok beğendiğim konu , dünya mutfağı lezzetleri sunan ülke restaurantlarının lezzetli ve çok temiz olmasıydı , otelin tüm bölgesinde çalışan arkadaşlar gayet nazik ve her konuda konuklara yardımcı olmak için kibar bir şekilde davrandılar. Oteldeki tek memnun kalmadığımız konu neredeyse görülemeyecek boyuttali küçük sinekler oldu.bunun dışında herşey kusursuz ve harikaydı.bir sonraki sharm el sheikh ziyaretimizde de mutlaka rixos radamis’i tercih edeceğiz.
