Expectations from the holiday did not match reality. I am a regular customer of the Rixos hotel chain, the last time I was at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi a few months ago. This time the choice fell on Turkey and as always I booked Rixos. In advance, I even sent an information letter to the hotel by email that I was planning a visit and that my wife would have a birthday in anticipation of a warm welcome. In fact, the hotel itself is not bad, food, drinks, everything is at a good level. The rooms themselves are very worn out and require repair and good cleaning. I lived in room 2256, the shower head did not work in it, I had to repair it myself, mold and dirt are everywhere in the bathroom. disgusting. A huge minus is the staff at the reception and guest service, this is clearly not the level of Rixos, no hospitality and service. A huge minus are the waiters. in restaurants, especially Uzbeks who go and instead of worrying about rest and service brazenly beg you to leave good reviews on the Internet with the obligatory mention of their name, therefore all reviews on tripadvisor where there is at least someone's name of the staff are 100% forgery at the request of the hotel staff. Could I come back here? I'm sure not. This hotel has the right to be called Rixos only because of the territory and cuisine. The employees working there destroyed all the service and did not leave a gloss from Rixos.
