Unfortunately, there is no early check-in, Please take into account the situation, tourists from Ukraine take more than 24 hours to get to you. And having arrived at the hotel, I was full of desire to relax!!! From sirens, explosions, etc.! Gestrlation helped us resolve this issue, thank you very much for your humanity and understanding of the situation

We had a wonderful time, made all the more special by the hardworking staff who looked after us more than we could ever have imagined. Special thanks to Hazal, Arda, Saltanat and Nuredoin who couldn’t do enough for us. The public areas were so lovely to relax in and kept spotlessly clean. The food was very varied and well presented with something for everyone. Whilst I appreciate that the hotel was only opened last year and improvement ongoing, I must express my concern that the bedroom housekeeping is something that needs to be improved. My biggest concern is that I returned to our bedroom to find that our bedroom and the one next to us was left with the doors fully open and no sign of the cleaners anywhere in sight. This I reported to guest relations so no doubt it has been noted. Also the floor of the balcony was not cleaned. I know this because we spilt some coffee which remained for around a week and was still there when we left. Also attention wasn’t given to the need for replacement of the toilet rolls and shower gel. I feel I have to highlight these problems as other guests have commented to us that the cleanliness is not what was expected from a 5 star hotel. We love the Rixos hotels and have always stayed in your hotels since we first discovered them four years ago. I am sure that this little teething problem can be rectified.
