I enjoyed this accommodation with my family but I have one comment related to the room of adult club which there called tower 7 it’s a very bad rooms and not recommended at all, all the hotel employees are fantastic and very helpful, food is very good, workers of the beach there number are not enough

Hotel was Overloaded with guests . Staff are extremely friendly & professionals but the overload is causing delays, beach and pool beds and chairs were not enough , breakfast restaurant were crowded and 2 extensions were opened.. the whole experience was deteriorated to a 3 stars level despite the hotel luxury style. I am not visiting this Rixos again and not recommending it esp in high seasons
