Hotel was beautiful on first arrival and room was presented well however a £600 deposit for the room seems excessive! No booklet on how things in the hotel work you’re just left to figure things out for yourself. Some staff are really happy and attentive others really don’t want to be there and it’s an inconvenience if you do ask for any help/assistance.

I stayed in rixos premium dubai for 1 week in April 2025. The hotel was amazing, facilities and rooms were amazing and staff were excellent.
