The hotel and villa are great and modern. The service we got was exceptional by all the team especially Ahmed and Mohammed from the butler team.

This holiday with my family was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The hotel had everything we needed, staff were phenomenal and always willing to help. My children were well looked after, we all felt safe and the food and drink available was brilliant. I would definitely be back for another holiday. Mehmood Ahmed, our driver was always at hand to help out. Christine who worked at the cabanas provided an amazing service and gave us everything my family needed. Anything we wanted was catered for without question and day after day our holiday was made better. Cleaning staff made clever towel animals on my daughters bed every day, the fridge was restocked with the exact drinks we wanted and asked for. I could not fault this resort at all. We had the best experience we could ask for.

If I could give Rixos Magawish Suites and Villas six stars, I would. This is not just a premium all-inclusive resort — it’s a masterclass in hospitality where every guest is genuinely treated as an individual. Having visited Hurghada for several years, I can confidently say no other hotel in the area even comes close to the standards, service, and overall quality that Rixos consistently delivers. What truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional “guest-first” culture, which shines through at every level — from management to housekeeping. Hospitality is ultimately about people, and the consistently high level of service here is a clear reflection of how well the staff are treated. I’ve returned multiple times and continue to see the same friendly, familiar faces, which speaks volumes about staff retention and company values. From the moment you arrive and pass through the Rixos gates, there’s an immediate sense of being welcomed home. The check-in process is warm and personal, and even the security and concierge teams go out of their way to make you feel at ease. While I won’t name specific staff members — because every single one deserves recognition — I must highlight the Food & Beverage team in particular. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail are truly commendable. Even the “standard” rooms — which are actually luxurious suites — reflect the resort’s commitment to quality. Spacious, elegantly designed, and filled with thoughtful amenities, these suites redefine what guests can expect from a stay in Hurghada. Rixos Magawish is more than just a hotel — it’s a destination where excellence is the standard. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This is the third Rixos I have stayed in, by far this is the best, it’s outstanding in every way. The beach is beautiful, plenty of sun beds, ice cream parlour right on the beach beautiful seafood restaurant on the beach. Plenty of bars for lovely cocktails coffee shop, lots of restaurants à la carte also buffet restaurant with excellent service. Lobby bar with piano playing or violin, which is beautiful. Also in the restaurants people playing flutes and violins. The pools are beautiful. You have a quiet pool with a bar and a pool with music exercise classes in the pool. This is near the street food for jacket potatoes chips burgers etc. Shuttle buses all around the resort pick you up drop you off. Entertainment every evening is great. The list is endless by far a top result definitely five star. ⭐
