2nd stay here and had a great time, again.
Great experience and loved the beautiful rooms and the hotel staff were very friendly.
From start to finish we were impressed in every way with the hotel, staff and food. On arrival our room was sorted virually immediately and due to my 6oth Birthday we were kindly upgraded to a fantastic sea view room. The main reception atrium is spectacular and kept to an exceptional level of cleanliness. Our room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The all inclusive ultra was fantastic value with nothing that we wanted that was not included, even the room mini bar. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and was really impressed with the beach service and in particular Nashantha who looked after us with drinks on the beach, plus to have a press button service request on each fixed sun brolley is a brilliant idea. Our room cleaner was also superb and the towel display and baloons that were sorted for my birthday were fantastic. The specialist restaurants were also very impressive with up to 4 or 5 courses to choose from. Both myself and my wife were so glad that we picked your hotel to celebrate my 60th Birthday and would come back in a heart beat, it was such a shame that we had to leave to continue in Dubai as we would have loved to stay longer. Your hotel and staff are a credit to your business and have never felt so looked after with nothing that was any trouble at all and dealt with a smile.
The staff, rooms and service were all excellent. As someone with a vegan diet, the food was a challenge. There was no labels indicating "diary", "eggs", "honey" or anything like that so it was difficult to know which vegetable dishes were suitable for vegans. I had to keep asking people which I hated. The vegan options were also extremely limited when compared to the other options. There was no vegan deserts besides fruit which is really disappointing.
I had a great time in the room and restaurant, food were very delicous
