I had an amazing time there, however, as my kids were with me, they were not able to connect their PS5 to the hotel network. This is the first time to have such incident and it was really disappointing to them, which of course affected me.

I had a great time during my stay at Rixos Alamein. I am a Rixos fan, I had been in many Rixos in Egypt and in other countries. We had a great time at this hotel starting with receiving what’s app message from Meriem who is from guest relations welcoming us while we are on our way, she did a great job assigning our rooms and upgrading on of the room to a suite, just a wonderful person. The beach is amazing, the best beach on Mediterranean. Rooms, views are amazing as well. The restaurant can get crowded but it is a high season time. Overall I loved my stay and will come back for sure.

Our family vacation 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 at Rixos Premium Alamein was beyond expectations! The kids had so much fun at the pools 💦 and entertainment areas 🎭, while we enjoyed the fine dining restaurants 🍷🍴 and relaxing beach vibes 🌊. But above all, what truly stood out was the Front Office Team 🙌. Their professionalism, patience, and warm hospitality made our family feel right at home 🏠. They never missed a chance to check if we needed anything and always went the extra mile 💙. We will definitely come back because of them.
