I have been traveling in Aktau for over 7 years, and in those 7 years the area has developed and changed a lot, but in the case of Rixos Water World Aktau, it is on another dimension! It's a story....in Rixos style and culture! Congratulations! I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of Anel, who from the first conversation with her was super kind and welcoming! The staff is very friendly and professional, cleanliness at the level and Rixos culture.....I will come back whenever I want to escape to an oasis! I warmly recommend! Thank you very much Anel!
Everything was fine
I was surprised on how Rixos is maintained and constructed. It was very pleasant stay. There were some minor issues like long wait during registration. Overall we waited around 40-45 minutes just to be registered for our stay. Also the bathroom was somewhat clean, and not super clean. But overall I loved the hotel and restaurants and staff was very helpful during our stay.
