It would be beneficial to upgrade the media equipment in the villas to modern standards, as the inexpensive TVs without the ability to connect to contemporary smartphones do not match the advertised Rixos level. Additionally, the bay's protection from debris needs improvement. Personal is very friendly and place is clean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rixos club prive by Rixos Gocek for 3 nights , and I must say it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality and Bouquet flowers that set the tone for our entire stay. The luxury villa we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. The attention to detail in the design and amenities provided a sense of opulence and comfort that made us feel truly pampered. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view of the sea that greeted us every morning – a sight that will stay with me long after I've left. What truly elevated our stay was the excellent service we received throughout our time at the hotel. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. In particular, I would like to express my gratitude to our butler, Ramazan, whose impeccable service and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. His dedication to ensuring that we had everything we needed was truly commendable. So thank you

Staff is amazing and extremely kind. Nature, decoration, the hotel’s Club Prive area feels like you’re home. Food is good, however I believe it needs more work especially on Italian tastes. Still, I’d definitely recommend my friends who are looking for a place to go as a big group.
