The stay at the hotel was a great experience, and the service was amazing. All the staff members were kind, dedicated, and professional. However, I do have one comment. We stayed from Sunday to Thursday and were unable to find a table at any of the restaurants, as they were all fully booked. Strangely, we noticed that guests who arrived after us were able to get a table at the same restaurants, simply because they argued and raised their voices. This happened not just once, but in at least three different cases with people we knew — they received what they wanted only after a confrontation. As someone who doesn’t like conflicts or arguments, it’s disappointing to feel like respectful behavior leads to being overlooked. I hope this is something the management can look into, as it truly affected an otherwise wonderful experience.
