The Land of Legends Kingdom

It was an exceptional holiday in the kingdom. Start with the fantastic and professional staff, all of them were helpful and joyful. The kids entertainment are everywhere and almost every time. The room are clean with excellent size. Definitely, I will come back every year. I thank everybody working there and make the place so wonderful.

The hotel designs for a temporary stay for amusement park travelers, so hospitality service should be improved for full capacity. Just an example for low quality hospitality service that; we can not find any seat in the outside of the building especially at nights. Also, the restaurant has not enough capacity and also the cheese stand should be particularly enriched (for breakfast).

Great week away with the family. Food was excellent, room cleaning great and lots of fun filled activities for the adults and the children.

the hotel is amazing. First impression is - breath-taking. Very friendly staff, spotless rooms and facilities, a very comfy and big bed. I have to say the food was amazing. it was definitely the best food we have ever had. We loved Masha and the Bear ride and the other parts of the Theme park. We used gym every day and it was nice, good equipment and nice gym instructor. the evening shows were very good too. Our daughter watched them on few occasions.

On arrival we recieved complimentary food from room service as we arrived after midnight which i thought was really thoughtful. We were given a lovely room with a beautiful view of the castle my girls lived it was so magical. We were on the first floor which was so convenient as reception was just around the corner the entertainment was lovely for the kids only sometimes too repetitive same goes for the restaurant food it was the same stuff and we think u should cater for everyone food for me was so mild as im used to abit of spice. I requested some hash browns at breakfast and the staff or chef tried to help but due to language barriers n understanding something else was given ( besides shoeing them a picture n translation in turkish) The problems we had was there was no iron although there was a laundry service however we just sometimes need freshen the creases out and i was told due to health and safety reasons there is no iron. I have never experienced this and as with anything all things have risks but u will try and minimise these as much as possible i feel this is a must for all guest to be provided with an iron. I feel this was the worst for me as i like to look tidy and smart. Secondly i think that people need to know how to speak english as we really struggled with asking questions and getting a reply . Overall the vibe was nice the canel n boat experience was something else and you felt same inside the hotel premises
