Hotel grounds are lovely and very well kept, often seen staff cutting grass and cleaning rubbish away. There was a wide selection of food however if you are a fussy eater like we are you will be left with pasta chips and chicken nuggets most of the time which are 95% Luke warm. If you are wanting hot food at lunch time go to the food court they will make you a cheeseburger fresh on the grill but that’s about it. Entertainment staff are lovely really try to get people involved and also bar staff on a night time around lotus bar are very good aswell. Very visual when seeing if you need a drink and will bring over snacks of nuts and crisps without having to ask, also bring you blankets when you’re cold which is great. Now for the not so good parts: This hotel really does favour the Russians and I’ll tell you why. In the whole time we were there I found only 1 staff member that spoke a decent amount of English to be able to understand what I was asking. The rest just shrugged there shoulders and said ‘I do not know’ or that they didn’t understand, but they could speak Russian very fluently. They would bend over backwards to please them but not even try if you weren’t Russian. You are lucky to catch the staff in the buffet as they never come to your table to ask for drinks you have to look around like a meerkat or leave your table to be able to get a drink. Most of the time we had finished our meal before even getting a drink to our table. My partner had broken his foot while playing football at 17:00pm and was left there with no help from anyone when finally the 1 staff member who spoke English flagged down a golf buggy to take him back to the hotel. Then he was expected to walk from the front of the hotel to the doctors office on his own on a broken foot without any assistance or wheelchair. When he got to the doctors office the doctor did not speak 1 word of English, he just shrugged his shoulders and said go to hospital, gave him a cold compress and made him sign a waiver to say he refused which he did not know what it was given he was in a panic state at the time. He was then expected to walk back to the room AGAIN with no assistance and came in crying in excruciating pain. The next day I found the English speaking worker who assisted us in getting the doctor to give him some pain relief gel and a bandage which he did reluctantly. I am appalled at the service we received from the staff when it came to a medical problem and the lack of any English spoken. I understand we are in turkey however given it being a 5 star establishment who can speak fluent Russian, German etc I would expect them to be able to understand some form of English especially the doctor! Then to top it off when checking out there was no how was your stay, Thankyou or nothing just take the key card and say you owe us €24. Overall the hotel is very well kept and beautiful to look at but the staff and how we were treat really let it down for me massively so we will not be back. It is definitely not a 5 star resort when it comes to service.

We had a great week at your resort. A good location, staff were very courteous and amenities good. My only real complaint would be that we weren't able to get into the Asian themed restaurant.

We enjoyed the overall stay very much, especially we enjoyed the free upgrade into the executive villa, which will surely be an option for our next stay
