The food choice was fantastic. The staff were very helpful. I couldn't fault it.

My experience overall was fantastic - staff really great, faculties all well maintained and great food. However, you now charge for food items more than when I visited in 2021, this is unfair as a customer as we have already paid a significant sum for ‘all inclusive’.

We had a lovely time and really appreciated the upgrade to a swim up room. With regards the main buffet restaurant, whilst at first there appeard to be a lot of choice, after a couple of nights we did feel it was a bit repetitive. We used the adult only seating area but service could be a bit hit and miss and whilst they were quick to clear used plates, it could be slow at resetting the table for the next person. We visited all the al a cartes (the Italian twice) and were very impressed with them all. The service was amazing as was the food and we couldnt fault anything about them. We were quite disappointed with the main cocktail menu and the lack of choice. The cocktails in the Al a cartes however were great and its a shame that these are not included on the main menu. The service in the beach bar, again during the day and evening could also be a bit hit and miss. Pools, especially the swim up to the room, were quite cold so didnt really feel we got the full benefit of them. Whilst we appreciated the the 'no smoking' policy inside the hotel, it would have been nice to have some no smoking outdoor areas. We like eating outside, but had to put up with breathing in smoke from other guests. All eating areas should be no smoking regardless of inside or out. The same was true in the evening at the bars and around the pool/beach during the day. We found all areas of the hotel to be clean and tidy. The housekeepers did a great job and our rooms were always spotless. (our regular housekeeper especially was really friendly). We didnt visit LOL so cant comment on that. With regards towels and sunloungers. Whilst we were able to find loungers on the grassed area most days when we went down early afternoon, the last few days were noticibly buisier, with some people struggling to find free ones, and I can imagine during the main peak season, it might be difficult. It was nice not having to worry about losing towel tokens/deposits etc, but this also means there is no incentive for people to clear away their towelswhen they had finished. Towels were often left laid out on beds as if they were still in use, although we did notice the cleaning guys clearing the towels away if there were no possessions on them. We also witnessed however, one couple, on more than one occassion, spreading themselves out over 6 loungers and then leaving them for over 3 hours before returing later in the day. There were also 3 loungers opposite our swim up room with a 'reserved' sign on them, yet not once in our 9 days did we see anyone use them. Some of the loungers, parasols and deck furniture are in need of some attention and the deck chairs could be dangerous for smally children. We really enjoyed the majority of the main shows at the 'show centre'. Overall the hotel is very good but with some minor improvements it could be amazing. Having said that, we did enjoy our stay.

Amazing stay, great help from Soumaya and Wissal throughout the stay, the Italian restaurant is so good and their service is impeccable, as well as the service in the main restaurant particularly from waiter Mehmet Celik, one of the best waiters. Rixos’ sports activities and team behind exclusive sports club it is one of the reasons why staying at Rixos is always fun…Zumba classes with Salem El Benna, yoga classes with Olya Zolotareva, TRX sessions, sound healing… Also in terms of animation, a lot of great bands performances at the beach bar and also on stage, the Michael Jackson show in particular was super impressive-broadway quality. What would makes things even better would be if at night, in the beach bar, they play less techno/house at night and more pop/latin/commercial tracks to cater the audience and make people dance.
