We were extremely impressed and well looked after by all the staff-beach pool area restaurants bars and reception area all staff amazing. Jimmy was a shining light in the morning!
Booked this resort for my daughter’s 30th birthday. With 3 adults and 2 children we had a 2 bedroom suite which was huge. It was kept immaculately clean by the staff. All the staff at the hotel were amazing I wouldn’t like to single out anyone in particular as every member was so helpful. The food was exceptional in the buffets and the ala carte restaurants. I can’t find a fault with this resort I would recommend 100%.
Our trip to Dubai was following my husband's birthday and I have to say I could not fault the hotel. I had requested the hotel car to collect us from the airport and also for the room to be made up for hubby's birthday. Both of these were great. The driver met us at arrivals and escorted us to the car. As we had never been to Dubai before I felt it was the easiest option. Check in was speedy and informative. When we arrived at our suite it was lovely, the decoration was great. We had a balcony overlooking the adult swimming pool which also had a great view over to the marina. Which made sitting with a drink very tranquil with such a lovely evening view of the lights. The housekeeping staff were great they were very attentive, as were all the staff we encountered. My only issue was that I was ignored for some time at the excursions desk so much so I walked away. This would be the only negative thing I have to say regarding my stay. The outside staff were great, regularly coming around to see if you required anything. Sunbeds were easy to find as I had read reviews of issues but we never experienced any. We ate in the Bodrum restaurant, Toro Loco and Olivio's and all were very attentive and amazing food. As well as the main buffet restaurant which had plenty of choice. Overall the facilities and staff were very good and we will return as we had a great time and it would definitely be a longer stay in the future.
Overall great time at Rixos Palm. Very warm welcome and guest relations started a family WhatsApp chat to assist us during our stay 👏👏. Food and drink were excellent, (couple of menus not great (Bodrum, Tora Tora)). The Italian food, staff and service top notch!
