This was my 2nd time staying at the Rixos Premium Dubai JBR and the customer service, and perfessionalism from the entrance to the beach is always a great experience!
The stay in the Rixos Hotel situated in Dubai was an extremely pleasant and memorable experience. In particular the attention to detail and client orientated staff was of notable presence. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others in future. I commend the Rixos Hotel on the excellent level of service that they provided.
